Post-SWS task 2011-2012s1

Individual task (Task C)

Write a brief report (approximately 2 sides of A4) describing and reflecting upon one or more (but probably not all) of the following:

In addition, your report should contain a statement of the relative contribution to Tasks A and B made by each member of your group. This should be in the form of a table, similar to the following, appended to the report:

Group member's name

Relative contribution

Me

25%

Alan Adams

25%

Brenda Boyce

25%

Charlie Cox

25%

The relative contributions must add up to 100%. It should reflect both intellectual effort (e.g. the number of ideas proposed), intellectual importance (e.g. the number of ideas proposed that the group accepted) and effort (e.g. the amount of actual code written, debugged and tested). The normal case is for the members of the group to have made equal contributions, but we recognise that for a variety of reasons this is not always the case and we seek to be equitable and fair.

For obvious reasons, students will find it impossible to maintain anonymity in this assessment. No student will be penalised under the Assessment Regulations for breaching this.

Deliverables

Each individual should submit their report to the dropbox called "WEB1P SWS reflective report" in the Victory unit "Web programming 1 - P12043-11S1". The deadline is 3.30pm on Friday 16th December 2011.

Format restrictions

Use single file upload mode.

Turnitin imposes the following requirements for single file upload:

Technical problem fallback

If, for technical reasons, you cannot submit your report as above, submit a printed copy of your report to the CAM office before the deadline. Ensure that your name and student ID number appear at the top of the first page, and that all pages are securely fastened together (e.g. stapled).
